The location in relation to Tampa Channel Side.

The fact that I was charged $16 to park in a dingy underground garage.

Location.

Dirty rooms and unfinished rooms.

Was not pleased at all with the room, it was dirty and had unfinished drywall. There was also a microwave in the hall for a day. Not a 3 and half star hotel. Was very disappointed.

The view was very nice.

The price for the condition the room was in.

This hotel is in a great location however, it appears that the staff has allowed it to become a bit run down. The rooms and common areas were not very clean and the parking was horrible not to mention they charged $15 a day for that horrific experience. Was understand when I did not us their parking garage and did not charge me, they took my honest word on it.

I can't get over how higher class hotels do not have a refrigerator.

Very clean and everyone always greeted us. I will be using it again next time I am down there. The only thing that really bothered us was the elevators did seem very old and at one point someone stole the key and it was inoperable for a few hours. ...read more

Very good location to downtown.

Pool bar was not open- no vending machines working.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Close to downtown activities and transportation- Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
